If you are then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join Arco Professional Safety Services as a Customer Service Administrator based at our Safety Centre in Eccleshall!
Key responsibilities include:
- Resolution of customer queries at first contact, where possible, to provide an excellent and easy customer experience.
- Transposing the data from course returns and accurately enter into the CRM
- Processing the customer certificates in line with SLA’s
- Working alongside the Awarding Organisation’s SLA’s for submissions, Making sure that course notifications, results and uploads are accurate and within timeframes
- Scanning all course paperwork and save in the shared area.
- Recording the incoming and outgoing of certification.
- Recording certificate numbers within the CRM and update the delegate record.
- Assisting with audits and prepare samples.
- Proactively supporting the delivery of an enhanced customer experience by providing customers with updates on any delays, issues and escalations in regards to certification.
- Assisting with the production of reports and any other information requested by our customers.
- Using own judgement to ensure first contact resolution, engaging cross functionally to provide excellent levels of customer service.
