Our stakeholder pension scheme pays an employer contribution of up to 8%, and is a simple, low cost, tax efficient way to save for your retirement.

Uncapped Commission Schemes

Many of our sales roles now benefit from an uncapped commission scheme based on the ATC of their customers

Bonus scheme

We feel our people should be rewarded for high performance, therefore our employees in non-sales roles can earn a bonus of either up to 10% or up to 17% depending on their job grade

Holiday purchase

Purchase up to 5 days extra holiday each year on top of your annual allowance of 24 days and spread the cost over 12 months.

Long-term service awards

We’re proud to have employees who have worked for us for over 40 years. We reward long-term service with incentives at certain points.

If you’re in our pension scheme, our life assurance cover provides a lump sum of 8x your salary to your loved ones should you pass away whilst being a scheme member.

Employee Referral Scheme

We’ll pay you £250 if you refer a friend or family member who is then successfully employed at Arco

Free, confidential, impartial telephone service offering 24-hour wellbeing and mental health assistance to anyone needing personal support. We also have over 100 mental health first aiders and provide access to counselling for families.

Arco Voice is an employee-led forum, which gives every one of our people across our business a voice.

Made up of a diverse cross section of employee representatives from each business area, Arco Voice meets throughout the year to allow all employees the opportunity to help inform our decisions and shape our business.

Inclusion Network

Our Inclusion Network is an informal drop-in-style event that takes place each month to allow our employees to discuss a variety of topics as a respectful, non-judgmental, and constructive group.

The network allows diversity to be represented, respected and celebrated across our business, and gives an opportunity to all Arco employees to discuss sensitive topics and educate others.

Training, Learning & Development

We have invested heavily in building an industry-leading learning and development team, focused on providing all our employees with internal, purpose-built training. Coupled with external qualifications which we fund, we have created a development-focused culture of learning, enabling our employees to maximise their potential.

We have development funds to support learning and multi-skilling and to help all our people to gain a variety of licences. We also invest heavily in leadership progression skills.

Great examples of our investment in our people include all our Sales team are given the opportunity to complete a fully funded level 4 accreditation with the Institute of Sales Professionals and many of our people have also completed industry-related qualifications such as IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
