From my first day everyone made me feel welcome and supported me in my new role. I’ve been given the opportunity to really get to know the business from going on site tours to getting down to the kit rooms to learn more about the harnesses and how the kits are used. I am really enjoying it so far. Emily Prior – Customer Service Advisor

In 2021 a job opportunity arose within our Internal Sales Department, and I wanted to expand my knowledge and learn more about the products and services our departments delivered. I really wanted to be involved so I applied and got my first promotion. I love a challenge and this role provides me with just that, every day is different and there is no “one size fits all” solution. I am supported by a wonderful team and a fantastic manager who have helped me transition into this role and have been very encouraging and reassuring. Kelly Withington – Internal Technical Sales
