Based at our National Distribution Centre you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, answering queries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Ensuring that Arco’s customer service levels and trading integrity are maintained through all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Professionally managing inbound calls from customers, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Accurately identifying and resolving customer queries, utilizing available resources and knowledge to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments to identify and resolve customer issues, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
- Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations and contributes to the achievement of agreed targets and KPIs.
- Consistently upholding Arco's behavioral standards, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Actively seeking opportunities to add value to the customer service process, suggesting improvements and contributing to continuous process enhancement.

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will be/have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organisational and administration skills are essential
