About The Role

Arco, the UK's leading integrated health and safety experts, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Data and Admin Assistant.

As a Product Data and Admin Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our product data accuracy, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Collaborating with category teams, vendors, and technical experts, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Arco's data landscape.

Key responsibilities include:
• Creating, maintaining and continually improving product data throughout the product data journey working closely with the category teams and vendors to ensure product data is collected in in line with our product data processes 
• Co-ordinating between vendors, Marketing & eCommerce to ensure accurate product data and images are supplied for marketing material
• Ensuring Product Information Management data models are up-to-date and align with business, data and governance strategies working closely with the relevant technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Ensuring our products are structured and created in PIM in line with agreed business rules and data definitions and SKUs are accurately represented within a product and taxonomy
• Providing a timely and appropriate response to all requests and tasks based on agreed SLA’s.
• Active participation in all of the Working Party meetings within the Governance framework communicating issues with data processes and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Cleansing data in line with data quality audits and data quality dimensions as provided by the Centre of Excellence
• Assisting in the completion of tenders and major bids

The ideal Product Data and Admin Assistant will be/have:
• Product Information Management (PIM) expertise with the ability to analyse and model data
• Excel skills to manipulate and drive insight from data
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry
• Ability to work on own initiative, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Able to follow laid out guidelines and ways of working
