We are looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key reseller and merchant customers. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing our reseller strategy, optimising profitability and ensuring our customer value proposition is brilliantly represented.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and execution of reseller strategy to support delivery of Sales Objectives.
- Optimising profit from Strategic customer targets as defined.
- Executing operational and commercial guidelines to all relevant customers
- Managing key internal relationships in order to drive optimum sales pipeline processes.
- Promoting strong relationships with key account management teams to create effective customer strategies.
- Enhancing strong strategic customer relationships, with depth and breadth, to promote the Arco brand and proposition at all levels within our customers business.
- Orchestrating relevant internal and external resources to deliver strategic objectives.
- Developing and driving a fit for purpose value proposition for all customers.
- Driving your personal development plan in order to be an expert in the reseller customer space.
- Maintaining and updating customer information accurately through the daily use of a CRM.

The ideal National Account Manager will be/have:
- A proven track record in delivery of profitable customer wins.
- Excellent negotiation skills, comfortable in dealing with complex corporate accounts.
- Strong understanding of the drivers of customer relationships and proven ability to demonstrate value added propositions.
- A comprehensive knowledge of market and competition.
- Ability to analyse detailed sales and P&L data utilising all available sales and reporting tools to maximise efficiency and
- Excellent presentation skills to be able to present the benefits and services of Arco to a large audience
- Proven track record in delivering results through matrix management
