Arco, the UK’s leading integrated health and safety experts are looking for an equipment technician to join our team, building, servicing and maintaining a variety of technical equipment for our customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Building, packing and servicing the complete range of equipment systems (or working towards this)
- Completing all builds, serving and maintenance work with accuracy and attention to detail, as this is safety-critical equipment
- Complete all relevant documentation in accordance with our internal standards framework
- Receipting goods in
- Picking, and distribution of customer’s orders
- Inspecting working at height Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in line with manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant legislation

The ideal equipment technician will be/have:
- An excellent eye for/ attention to detail
- IOSH PPE Inspector certificate
- A general interest in health and safety teamed with a willingness to build a career in this sector
- A ‘safety first’ mentality, demonstrating a continuous focus on safety
- Ability to learn and follow processes thoroughly
- Ability to be flexible and support other team members as required
