  • Developing tailored Health, Safety and Technical Training solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple industry sectors.
  • Providing technical sales support and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
  • Working collaboratively with internal training and operational teams to develop bespoke customer solutions.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging industry requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
  • Delivering against agreed sales, revenue and customer growth targets.
On top of working for the UK’s leading integrated health and safety experts, you’ll also receive:
  • A competitive starting salary plus bonus and car
  • 32 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
  • Opportunity to purchase 5 additional days annual leave each calendar year (subject to qualifying salary)
  • 2 fully paid Community Volunteering days every year
  • An excellent pension (up to 8% Arco contribution) and x4 Life Assurance scheme
  • A huge range of discounts to help with cost of living via Perkbox plus Employee Discount on Arco products
  • Free, 24-hour access to our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Health Cash Plan where we'll reimburse up to 100% of everyday healthcare costs
  • Access to our Learning Management System, to support your personal and career development
  • Long-term service awards – we’re proud to have employees who have worked for us for 40 years
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A proven track record in B2B sales, business development or account management.
  • Experience selling training, compliance, workforce development or technical solutions.
  • A successful history of generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience developing and managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of the UK Health & Safety and Technical Training market would be highly advantageous.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts and customer activity.
  • A self-motivated, resilient and results-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
