• Validating prospect and decision-maker information, including confidently picking up the phone to develop or clarify details where needed
• Maintaining highly accurate, detailed and up-to-date records within CRM systems
• Analysing and presenting data, trends and insights on lead quality and growth opportunities
• Supporting continuous improvement of prospect qualification tools and processes
• Working collaboratively with new business hunters and strategic stakeholders to enable stronger, more effective business development activity
This is a hybrid role, based at our Head Office in Hull.
What you’ll bring

• Experience in sales, lead generation, prospect research or a commercial environment
• Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders, including telephone outreach
• The ability to clearly present information and insights in a structured way
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• The resilience and self-motivation to work independently and meet deadlines
What you’ll get in return
• On top of working for the UK’s leading integrated health and safety experts, you’ll also receive:
