About The Role

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality? At Arco, the UK’s leading integrated health and safety experts, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Apprentice. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and build a rewarding career in quality assurance.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Quality Manager and collaborate with the wider Technical Compliance team and business stakeholders. From tracking and resolving complaints to improving processes and ensuring quality throughout the product lifecycle, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Reporting and tracking complaints, collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve issues, and verifying corrections
  • Creating and updating documentation related to organisational procedures and processes, and quality reports
  • Reviewing internal processes and procedures to ensure that they are being followed and identifying areas where improvements can be made
  • Working closely with other internal departments such as customer service, category management among others to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle
  • Contributing to the improvement of quality assurance processes and procedures

About you
The ideal Quality Assurance Apprentice will be/have:
  • A level 4 or equivalent in Maths and English GCSE
  • Some knowledge of quality assurance principles and improvement techniques
  • A strong attentions to detail
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organised with the ability to plan and organise projects
