At Arco, the UK’s leading integrated health and safety experts, we’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Contract Co-ordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our key customers receive outstanding service by managing their orders, back-orders, and stock settings. Acting as the vital link between customers, National Account Managers (NAMs), and internal support teams, you’ll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
As part of the role you would be required to undergo BPSS (Baseline Personal Security Standard) and DBS checks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the on-site store is open for the core-contracted hours of 09:00 – 15:00.
- Delivering first class customer service.
- Effectively managing customer orders and quotations utilising both Arco’s and Customers ordering platforms.
- Managing dedicated customer email inbox.
- Support key stakeholders to manage respiratory equipment.
- Pro-active manage customer back orders, looking at ways to deliver to time, source alternatives and keep NAM and customers updated.
- Attend monthly and quarterly review meetings with the customer when required.
- Create and send Monthly Loader Updates (catalogue management)

The ideal Contract Co-ordinator will be/have
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Supply chain knowledge
- Ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage daily/weekly workload
- Knowledge/experience of SAP and other related IT systems
- Self motivated
- Able to deal with complex and demanding customers
- Excellent knowledge of products, customers, their activities and vendors
