Are you looking for an exciting opportunity, working within a unique retail environment for a market leader. Arco have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Retail Sales Advisor to join the team, working from our store in Bury St Edmunds.
The Retail Sales Advisor role is a part time position, 20 hours a week, with the days and times being; Thursdays and Fridays from 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturdays 08:45 to 12:45.
Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the health and safety industry or personal protective equipment (PPE), as we’ll teach you all there is to know, and provide you with a platform to learn, develop and grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding levels of customer service
- Interacting with our customers, in store or on the phone, to promote our products and services
- Providing a great shopping environment for our customers ensuring our stores are clean, tidy and presentable - a store we can be really proud of
- Processing customer transactions and responding to customer enquiries using our bespoke IT software

About you
The ideal Retail Sales Advisor will be/have:
- Experience of working face to face with customers, preferably in a retail environment
- An understanding of what makes a great customer experience
- Strong IT skills, and the ability to learn new software
