We are looking for a driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business who thrives in a high-energy environment where success is directly rewarded. The New Business Development Manager will drive growth nationally, but with a focus in the East of England.
Key responsibilities include:
- To actively hunt, contribute and deliver against the new business strategy based on relevant insight, market trends and research.
- Propose profitable new business commercial opportunities aligned to growth plans.
- Manage key internal relationships in order to drive optimum sales pipeline processes.
- Promote strong relationships with BDM’s to create effective joint win strategies.
- Be strategic in their approach to customer acquisition, to promote the Arco brand and proposition at all levels within our customers business.
- Orchestrate relevant internal and external resources to deliver new business.
- Develop, and drive a tailored value proposition for target customers.
- Drive your personal development plan in order to better understand the customer H&S requirement.
- Utilise relevant technology and tools to enhance the sales process and ensure up to date and accurate data

The ideal New Business Development Manager will be/have:
- A proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
- Effective utilisation of Challenger Sales methodology to prospect for and successfully acquire new, defined business opportunities.
- Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills
- Self motivated, resilient and results driven
