Are you looking for an exciting opportunity, working within a unique retail environment for a market leader. Arco have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Retail Sales Advisor to join the team, working from our store in Trafford Park.
The Retail Sales Advisor role is a full time position, Monday to Friday, with the requirement to work some Saturdays on an adhoc basis.
Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the health and safety industry or personal protective equipment (PPE), as we’ll teach you all there is to know, and provide you with a platform to learn, develop and grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding levels of customer service
- Interacting with our customers, in store or on the phone, to promote our products and services
- Providing a great shopping environment for our customers ensuring our stores are clean, tidy and presentable - a store we can be really proud of
- Processing customer transactions and responding to customer enquiries using our bespoke IT software

About you
The ideal Retail Sales Advisor will be/have:
- Experience of working face to face with customers, preferably in a retail environment (not a requirement)
- An understanding of what makes a great customer experience
- Strong IT skills, and the ability to learn new software
